Low Carb Thin-Crust Pizza

Really, this is too easy, and really good. I use some squeezy pizza sauce on low-carb wheat or white tortillas. The whole wheat ones are full of fiber and so only net 3 grams of carbs each. I used the Mission Low-carb tortillas, regular pizza sauce, lightly. ( you can use the low-sugar version too) I add a bit of olive oil, mozzarella, and toppings like onion and Italian sausage. I put them in the oven for about 12 minutes, and YUM! This has become my new favorite. 

I use these low-carb tortillas a lot these days, During induction, and even beyond, the flour content kept me away, but now it’s fine to use them. I still keep my total gram count between 25-32 per day. This is maintaining my weight at 123-125. That’s a good weight for me. Today will be a gym day, as soon as I get up off this couch! At the moment, I am in my PJ’s, enjoying the day off. Exercise always makes me feel great- the hard part is getting motivated to GO, but I will. Now, however, feels like mid-morning nap time.
