My favorite Low-Carb Go-To Foods Ok For OWL, and Wish List


1) Carbmaster yogurt

2) low -carb tortilla wraps

3) babybel cheese

4) Atkin’s bars with high fiber

5) Almonds!

6) Whey protein drink with almond milk!

7) exotic veggie stir-fries with salmon or grilled chicken

 

What I WISH they made in low-carb…

Tortilla CHIPS.

 

I miss pizza. I wish someone could invent a low-carb, GOOD pizza. I don’t even need red sauce, I could use a white sauce. Maybe there’s a baking mix that makes a decent pizza crust?

  1. Ok first of all, carbmaster yogurt and low carb tortilla wraps are amazing. For the reason that they are there to support you when in need of your favorite dishes like tacos. Second, I also wish there were low carb tortilla chips. I actually tried to make some the other day, no good though. No matter how much salt and salsa I drown them in. And for the pizza we use the low carb tortillas. I think there is a bake mix especially for this diet. I can’t think of it right now, but it is in one of my Atkins cookbooks. I’ll give you the website once I find it.
